Position: Full/Part-Time Sales
Job Requirements: Primary job responsibilities are in-store sales and customer service. Understands and demonstrates Hammer Made’s values both with customers and fellow associates, (i.e., positive attitude, commitment, energy, communication and teamwork). Also performs a variety of operational activities as assigned by the manager (i.e. building and maintaining clientele, housekeeping, cash wrap procedures).
Other essential duties and responsibilities:
- Maintains selling as the priority and builds good customer relations as instructed. Practices customer service standard and upholds it with every customer, every day.
- Communicates and cooperates with associates and management.
- Enthusiastically pursues store goals, team projects, etc.
- Positively demonstrates Hammer Made’s image standard, projecting a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Implements consistently the established procedures and maintains standards of the business.
- Previous retail experience required.
