Position Titles:
Key Partner – 20 hours/week
Sales Partner – Permanent part-time – 8-20 hours/week. Must be available to work flexible day/open and evening/closing shifts.
Job Description:
- The sales partner is responsible for insuring the highest level of customer service is consistently achieved in partnership with the store management team.
- Build lasting relationships and repeat business with customers through sales, service, and community events.
- Inspire others through your performance.
Ideal Partner:
- Will have 1-3 years sales and customer service experience with a high quality specialty store.
- Key partner must have work experience in supervisory/management position.
- Be positive, energetic and a team player.
- Live and be involved in the community near our store.
