Galleria is proud to take part in the 2007 American Society of Interior Designers' (ASID) Showcase Home.

After touring the Showcase Home at 318 Summit Avenue in St. Paul, meander down Summit and take tea at the St. Paul University Club.

You'll find information on different types of teas, recipes, receive Galleria gift bags, watch demonstrations by Galleria merchants, see informal modeling, peruse tea table displays and indulge in massages and sampling.

Truly an event to be shared with great friends and family.

Gabberts Furniture and Design Studio will host another popular Design Series Workshop in May taught by Senior Designer Jenny Reed, Allied Member ASID, and Designer Sarah Goodrich, ASID, NCIDQ.

Anyone thinking about redesigning a room or an entire home will benefit from participating in this two-week, 10-hour course.  

Sessions will cover:

• Identifying personal design styles
• Principles of good design
• Elements of desig
• Floor plans and measurement
• Psychology of color

Cost: $75 for 10 hours of instruction, workbook, set of magnetic design templates and a free, one- hour, one-on-one design consultation with one of the series instructors.
