Job Description: 

As a Sales Associate you are responsible for Sales, Customer Service, Clienteling & General Store Operations. All Sales Associates participate in customer marketing for Scheherazade Events & customer follow up ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable of our Brands & Services as an expert for our customers, continue to learn

  • Be able to efficiently complete those tasks required for the daily operations of our store

  • Be reliable & on time. Be able to complete all opening & closing procedures

  • Create, maintain & grow your customer base

  • Participate in marketing programs

  • Creatively & passionately engage the customer, explaining the value & quality of our products

  • Be open to learning new things both as a team & as an individual

  • Contribute to a clean, safe, & positive work environment

  • Work a flexible schedule- We are open M-F 10 thru 9, Sat. 10 thru 8, Sun. 11 thru 6, Holiday hrs.

  • PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Fine Jewelry Industry

  • Experience preferred in Retail Sales

  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills

  • Dress in a professional & appropriate manner
