Scheherazade: Part-Time, Full Time Sales Associate
SCHEHERAZADE is a 47 year old Owner Operated Brand, that represents the highest standards in it’s Designers, Custom Creations, Repairs & Estate Jewelry. We are passionate about our industry & our growth as a Sales Team both as individuals & a team.
As a Sales Associate you are responsible for Sales, Customer Service, Clienteling & General Store Operations. All Sales Associates participate in customer marketing for Scheherazade Events & customer follow up ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable of our Brands & Services as an expert for our customers, continue to learn
Be able to efficiently complete those tasks required for the daily operations of our store
Be reliable & on time. Be able to complete all opening & closing procedures
Create, maintain & grow your customer base
Participate in marketing programs
Creatively & passionately engage the customer, explaining the value & quality of our products
Be open to learning new things both as a team & as an individual
Contribute to a clean, safe, & positive work environment
Work a flexible schedule- We are open M-F 10 thru 9, Sat. 10 thru 8, Sun. 11 thru 6, Holiday hrs.
PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED
Experience in the Fine Jewelry Industry
Experience preferred in Retail Sales
Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
Dress in a professional & appropriate manner
