Join Barnes & Noble on Sunday November 16th from 11-1pm as they welcome author Stephanie Hansen and celebrate the launch of her new book, the anticipated follow-up to her beloved cookbook True North Cabin Cookbook.

Stephanie Hansen’s first book, True North Cabin Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from a North Woods Table, transported readers to her family outpost on True North Island on Burntside Lake near Ely, Minnesota, to savor meals for the cabin months of May through September. Now, Volume Two extends the invitation to include Hansen’s Twin Cities home as well as her Ely lodging during the balance of the year, commemorating “the cozy months” of October through April with friends and family and—of course—excellent food.

Month by month, each section opens with a personal narrative that speak to the highlights of the season, whether reflecting on traditional holidays or the quiet wonders of the winter landscape.

In addition to author, Stephanie Hansen is also the Regional Emmy Award-winning host of Taste Buds with Stephanie, and the brand amplifier and social commentator behind the Weekly Dish radio show, StephaniesDish.com, and Dishing with Stephanie’s Dish podcast. She lives in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
